Storey by Moses — Free Youth Storytime, September 12, 2026

Join Daughters of the King for Storey by Moses, a free youth-led literacy and inclusion event on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 2:00–4:00 p.m. in the La Plaza Room at Tempe Escalante Community Center, 2150 E. Orange Street, Tempe, Arizona.

Children ages 5–16 will enjoy read-alouds, art and discussion activities, snacks, free books and take-home resources. Through diverse stories, children will explore kindness, anti-bullying, autism, physical disability, homelessness, cultural differences, dignity and belonging.

Seating is limited to approximately 40 children. Please RSVP by calling 480-932-1110. Storey by Moses welcomes children and families of every background; no religious participation is required.

Donations of children’s books, sensory and emotion-support items, fidgets, snacks, Capri Suns, mini waters and gift cards help us make this experience special. The Mission Never Stops.
