Daughters of the King 2026–2027: The Mission Is in Motion

Daughters of the King Nonprofit Organization is entering its 2026–2027 year with renewed faith, purpose, and commitment to women, children, families, and unhoused neighbors throughout the Phoenix metro area. We are preserving the story of where God brought us from while moving boldly toward what comes next.

Our Current Programs

Random Acts of Kindness brings practical help, encouragement, and dignity to neighbors in need. The Just Breathe Program is being developed to provide therapeutic, faith-respecting support for girls, with Faith House envisioned as our first safe residential home. Storey by Moses promotes kindness, inclusion, anti-bullying, and the celebration of every person’s differences. Johnnie’s Friends continues our legacy of compassionate community service.

Upcoming 2026 Events

September 12, 2:00–4:00 p.m. — Storey by Moses: Celebrating Every Difference at Tempe Escalante Community Center, La Plaza Room. This free children’s storytime is designed for ages 5–16, and seating is limited.

October 17, 12:00–4:00 p.m. — Just Breathe: Take Back What the Devil Has Stolen From Me at Tempe Escalante Community Center, La Plaza Room.

December 5, 11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. — Daughters of the King Winter Walkathon near 35th Avenue and Baseline Road, by the library, supporting the Just Breathe building fund.

Help Us Build the Vision

We welcome donors, sponsors, volunteers, community partners, and kingdom-minded supporters. Current needs include building-fund contributions, children’s books, fidgets and sensory items, snacks and drinks, event merchandise, raffle gifts, and connections to businesses that believe in measurable community impact.
