Calling Our Destiny Helpers: Daughters of the King Is Recruiting Volunteers, Partners & Supporters
Calling Our Destiny Helpers
Daughters of the King Nonprofit Organization is growing, and we are being transparent about what that means: our vision is larger than the number of hands currently carrying it.
We are a volunteer-led nonprofit serving children, families, older adults, people experiencing homelessness, and other community members through literacy, inclusion, food outreach, practical support, and future residential programming. Our work is real, our needs are real, and we are looking for people who believe strong community service is built through partnership.
We are recruiting Destiny Helpers
We are seeking dependable volunteers and skilled community members who can help with event setup and cleanup, reading and children's activities, donation pickups, transportation and logistics, fundraising, grant support, technology, social media and marketing, photography and content, donor relations, administrative organization, and community outreach.
These are volunteer roles. Daughters of the King does not currently have paid staff positions. We are looking for people who understand that service can begin with time, skill, consistency, and a willingness to help strengthen a mission.
Storey by Moses — Help Us Reach 40 Children
Our immediate priority is Storey by Moses, a free children's literacy and inclusion event on Saturday, September 12, 2026 in Tempe. Our public child-seat goal is 40, and we are pushing to reach at least 30 children so the donated resources, readers, activities, and community support can serve as many families as possible.
Families can RSVP at: https://www.doftk.org/event-details/storey-by-moses
Ways to stand with us
You can help by volunteering, sharing our event, becoming a recurring donor, connecting us to community partners, donating needed supplies, offering professional skills, or exploring future board and leadership service where your experience is a genuine fit.
We are especially looking for people who are consistent, humble, dependable, respectful of confidentiality, and willing to help build—not just attend once and disappear.
Our vision needs partnership
A nonprofit vision cannot grow on passion alone. It needs resources, relationships, accountability, volunteers, donors, and people willing to bring skills the founders may not have. We are grateful for every community member, business, donor, and volunteer who has already helped us move forward.
To volunteer, partner, donate, or learn more, visit DOFTK.org or email daughtersoft@gmail.com. If this mission speaks to you, you may be one of the Destiny Helpers we have been praying to meet.
